These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our online gamified social network (the "Game") operated by FABRICA DE COD SRL, a company registered in Romania, with registration code J2022005701238, registered in August 2022, with a permanent office in Romania, Ilfov, Popesti Leordeni, Drumul Fermei 74

By accessing, registering, or playing the Game, you explicitly agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms in full, you are not authorized to use or play the Game.

These terms are extended to usage of any other ultras.live related services, such as: communicating with the company that operates the game (via any of the contact details provided on the website), using the website, using the app, using the forum, using the chat, using the social media pages and groups and any other service provided.


1. About the Game

The Game is a gamified social network for football supporters, designed and operated by FABRICA DE COD SRL. It allows users to engage with football culture in an interactive and competitive environment.

Players can:

  • Join or form teams with other users.
  • Compete against other teams in strategic, match-based gameplay.
  • Represent their country in global or regional competitions.
  • Participate in seasonal tournaments and ranking challenges.
  • Share opinions, tactics, and passion for football in a community-driven space.

The Game is built to foster teamwork, national pride, and football enthusiasm, combining elements of social networking and competitive play into a browser-based experience.


2. Account Creation, Access, and Deletion

To access the Game, players must create an account. Login may be done using an email address or through third-party platforms such as Facebook, Google, or other supported authentication providers.
We use cookies to store session data and identify the current player throughout their gaming experience.

For optimal performance, we recommend using modern desktop or mobile browsers, such as:

  • Google Chrome
  • Mozilla Firefox
  • Opera
  • Safari

⚠️ Important Note:
We do not recommend playing the Game within the Facebook in-app browser or frame, as it may cause unexpected behavior due to cookie restrictions or Facebook-specific limitations.

Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including any third-party account used to access the Game.
Do not share your Facebook, Google, or other login details with anyone — whether you know them or not.
If someone else uses your account to break the rules, you are held accountable, regardless of whether you gave access intentionally or not.
When punishing for rule violations, we do not accept claims that your account was "hacked" or accessed without permission.
Protect your account as you would protect any personal or financial service.

Account Deletion

If you wish to delete your account, please follow these steps:

  • Submit a deletion request by emailing play@ultras.live.
  • We will respond within a maximum of 48 business hours.
  • Upon our response, your account will be suspended, meaning you will no longer be able to log in until the deletion is completed.
  • During the suspension period, we will review your account to ensure there are no pending lawful issues or violations.
  • Once cleared, we will proceed with the account deletion.
  • The total time from suspension to deletion will not exceed 30 business days.

Please consider that account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.


3. Use of the Platform

The Game and its features are provided solely for entertainment and gameplay purposes. Players are expected to interact respectfully and use the platform in good faith.

Prohibited Activities

You may not use the platform for any of the following:

  • Engaging in illegal activities under Romanian, EU, or international law.
  • Attempting or performing fraud, harassment, impersonation, or unauthorized access.
  • Uploading, sending, or displaying harmful, threatening, or criminal content.
  • Sharing external links that promote illegal or harmful websites, products, or services.
  • Advertising other games, services, or commercial products without prior written approval.
  • Promoting or admiring criminal organizations, war criminals, or totalitarian ideologies, including Nazism, Communism, or any similar regime.
  • Sharing any form of propaganda, radical political symbols, or extremist views.
  • Distributing pornographic content, engaging in sexual harassment, or any form of cyberbullying.
  • Impersonating another person, including admins or other players, or speaking on their behalf without consent.

Enforcement and Legal Action

  • Accounts engaging in any of the above activities will be terminated immediately and without prior notice.
  • In serious or repeated cases, we will compile a full case file, including IP logs and communications, and report the user to the competent legal authorities.

The platform must be used only for its intended purpose: fair gameplay, friendly interaction, and football-related community building.


4. Multiple Accounts

One Player – One Account

Each player is strictly allowed to maintain only one account. Creating or using multiple accounts is strictly prohibited, regardless of the reason.
This includes—but is not limited to—using extra accounts to:

  • Gain an unfair advantage.
  • Farm resources or rewards.
  • Evade a suspension or permanent ban.

Such actions will lead to the immediate suspension or permanent banning of all related accounts, including the primary one.


Exceptions & Shared Households

We understand that in certain households, multiple players may use the same device or internet connection (e.g., family members).
However, this
must never be used as an excuse to create multiple accounts under a single player's control.

In some rare and exceptional cases, we may allow more than one account to be used from the same IP address — but only if:

  • We have been notified in advance, and
  • We have conducted an internal verification, and
  • We have explicitly approved the situation.

Without prior notice and explicit admin approval, any second or third account will be considered a violation of this rule.


Identity Verification

In certain edge cases, especially where abuse is suspected, we may request proof of identity (e.g., a copy of your national ID) in order to:

  • Verify that different people are truly involved.
  • Protect the fairness of gameplay.

Important:

  • This is done only in extreme cases, and only if absolutely necessary.
  • Submitting an ID does not automatically validate your case or justify a rule break.
  • We do not store copies of ID documents — they are used temporarily for verification and then discarded.
  • Once a case is verified, we mark the account(s) as safe, if justified.

Final Note

Owning or operating multiple accounts remains completely forbidden unless a rare and approved exception has been made before the accounts were created.
We take this policy seriously to preserve
fair play, competition integrity, and community trust.


5. Code of Conduct

We are building a respectful, competitive, and fun community for football fans and players. As such, every player is expected to uphold the spirit of fair play, sportsmanship, and mutual respect within the game, the forums, chat, and any communication related to the platform.

Expected Behavior

By participating in the game, you agree to:

  • Treat all players, admins, and community members with respect.
  • Use appropriate language and avoid any form of hostile or offensive communication.
  • Engage in competition and gameplay with integrity, without cheating or manipulation.
  • Represent your team and country in a way that reflects positively on the community.

Prohibited Behavior

The following are strictly forbidden and constitute a direct breach of the Code of Conduct:

  • Toxic behavior, including sustained negativity, provocation, or attempts to ruin other players' experience.
  • Threats, insults, hate speech, personal attacks, or intimidation of any kind — whether directed at players, admins, or external parties.
  • Sexual harassment, vulgar language, obscene content, or unsolicited explicit messaging.
  • Using any form of discriminatory language targeting gender, nationality, ethnicity, religion, disability, or any protected characteristic.
  • Impersonating other users or members of the administration team.
  • Cheating, exploiting game bugs, using bots, scripts, or third-party software to automate or gain advantage in gameplay.

Criminal Behavior & Legal Consequences

In cases where your actions cross the line into criminal or legal territory, including but not limited to:

  • Violent threats or threatening to harm another individual or their family.
  • Sharing illegal content or material violating the law.
  • Stalking, doxxing, or any form of cyberbullying.

We reserve the right to take the following actions immediately and without prior warning:

  1. Permanently suspend your account and restrict access to all services provided by the platform.
  2. Compile and submit a report to law enforcement, including logs, in-game messages, private messages, IP addresses, and any other relevant evidence gathered during our internal investigation.

Final note

This is not just a game — it's a social and community-based environment that connects real people. Any behavior that jeopardizes the safety or well-being of others will be treated with zero tolerance. If you cannot follow these rules, you are not welcome in this game.


6. Identity Verification

To maintain a fair, transparent, and secure gaming environment, we reserve the right to request identity verification from players in certain situations. This helps us protect the integrity of the platform and ensure that no player gains an unfair advantage or violates the community rules under false pretenses.

When We May Request Verification

Identity verification may be requested — with or without prior notice — in cases including but not limited to:

  • Suspected use of multiple accounts by the same individual to manipulate gameplay or bypass bans.
  • Verification of users within the same household or on the same network, when multiple players are claiming to play from a shared environment (e.g., family members).
  • Abusive behavior, harassment, or serious rule violations requiring internal investigation.
  • Fraud prevention, such as chargeback disputes or attempts to mislead the platform through impersonation or deceit.

Your Cooperation

Failure to comply with a legitimate request for identity verification may result in:

  • Temporary suspension of your account(s) while we investigate.
  • Permanent banning of accounts if we determine the situation cannot be resolved in good faith.

While we may request a copy of your identity document (e.g., national ID card) in rare and serious cases, this request is made exclusively for verifying your identity and the legitimacy of your gameplay.

Data Handling & Privacy

  • Any personal data shared for verification will be handled strictly in accordance with our [Privacy Policy] and the applicable GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) laws.
  • We do not store ID copies permanently. Once the verification process is completed and the case resolved, any ID document received will be securely deleted.
  • Your data will never be shared with third parties unless we are legally obligated to provide it in the context of a criminal investigation or law enforcement request.

Our Right to Protect the Community

As the legal owner and operator of this game (FABRICA DE COD SRL), we reserve the right to take reasonable steps — including identity checks — to protect the platform from fraud, manipulation, toxic behavior, and any activity that undermines the fair and enjoyable experience we aim to provide for all players.


7. Privacy and Data Collection

  • We collect limited personal data necessary to provide the service.
  • We use Google Analytics to collect anonymous usage statistics.
  • Cookies are used to improve user experience and game functionality.
  • Third-party services (e.g., Facebook authentication) may also process user data according to their own terms.

8. Payment and Refund Policy

Purchases made within the Game (such as in-game currency, premium features, or any other digital goods) are considered final and non-refundable. By making a purchase, you agree to this policy and acknowledge that:

  • All purchases are immediately consumed or applied to the player’s account.
  • We do not offer refunds for used or activated resources.
  • Attempts to request unjustified refunds or chargebacks are considered fraudulent activity.

Payment Processor

We reserve the right to change our payment processor without notice. Any future providers will also enforce their own terms of use, which users must agree to during the transaction process.

Chargebacks and Fraud

We do not support chargebacks. Attempting a chargeback (including through your bank or payment provider) after receiving and using game resources may result in the following:

  • Immediate and permanent termination of your account.
  • Termination of all related accounts, if applicable.
  • A ban from future access to the platform, even with new accounts.

In such cases, we actively collaborate with our payment processor by providing relevant data (such as account activity, usage logs, purchase receipts, IP addresses) to support fraud investigations or resolve disputes.

Anti-Fraud Measures

In cases involving chargeback abuse or suspected fraud:

  • We reserve the right to store a hashed version of specific identifiers (e.g., email, IP, device fingerprint) solely for the purpose of identifying and blocking repeat offenders who attempt to return using new accounts.
  • These measures are in place to protect the fairness of the game and to prevent abuse that affects other players and the game's economy.

By making purchases within the Game, you agree to this policy and understand that digital goods are not subject to the same refund rights as physical goods under EU consumer protection laws, especially once consumed or used.

In any case, while purchasing from us, in case of undesired transactions or any issues regarding the payment - please use play@ultras.live to report (when reporting, give us all the details that you have, name, transaction ID, email, account id, to make sure we have all the details and solve the issue as soon as possible).


9. Account Security

Each player is solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their account credentials (e.g., login email, passwords, or third-party login methods such as Facebook or Google).

Your Responsibility

  • You must take reasonable security measures to prevent unauthorized access.
  • Never share your login credentials with anyone — not even with friends or family.
  • Use a strong, unique password for your account.
  • Do not reuse login credentials from other websites or apps, especially insecure ones.
  • Regularly update your password and monitor your login activity, especially if you suspect your account has been compromised.

Shared Devices and Sessions

If you play from a public or shared device (e.g., internet cafes, school, or work computers):

  • Always log out when finished.
  • Clear browser cookies and saved data.
  • Avoid saving login credentials in the browser.

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

We strongly recommend enabling Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) or login approval mechanisms on any third-party platforms used to access the game (e.g., Facebook, Google).

  • Enabling 2FA helps prevent unauthorized access even if your password is compromised.
  • Instructions for enabling 2FA can be found in the security settings of your third-party login provider.

Unauthorized Access and Liability

We are not responsible for any losses, damages, or penalties resulting from unauthorized access, especially in the following scenarios:

  • You shared your credentials.
  • Your third-party login (e.g., Facebook) was compromised.
  • You failed to take appropriate measures to protect your account.

Hacked Accounts

Claims such as “my account was hacked” will not be accepted as valid justifications for violating the rules, including but not limited to:

  • Using multiple accounts.
  • Sending threats, harassment, or other forms of abusive behavior.
  • Exploiting bugs or attempting fraud.

As the account owner, you are fully responsible for all in-game activity performed from your account.


10. Suspension and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to the Game and its features at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following cases:

10.1 Grounds for Suspension or Termination

Your account may be suspended or terminated for:

  • Violation of these Terms and Conditions
  • Use of multiple accounts without prior admin approval
  • Harassment, threats, or abusive behavior
  • Illegal activity or criminal conduct, either within or in connection with the Game
  • Attempting fraud, chargebacks, or payment disputes
  • Disrupting the community experience, including spreading propaganda, false information about the game, denigrating the game or the staff team, spam, or advertisements, or any other form of behavior that is not in the interest of the game or the staff team
  • Refusal to comply with identity verification, when reasonably requested
  • Interfering with the integrity or operation of the Game (e.g., exploiting bugs, using unauthorized software)

10.2 Immediate Action Without Warning

Depending on the severity of the situation, we may take immediate action without providing any prior notice or explanation. This includes:

  • Banning accounts
  • IP blacklisting
  • Blocking payment access
  • Reporting the case to competent authorities, especially when it involves threats, hate speech, or criminal activity

10.3 No Refund or Compensation

Suspension or termination of your account does not entitle you to a refund, reimbursement, or compensation of any kind. This applies even if you have made purchases or accumulated in-game progress.

10.4 Final Authority

FABRICA DE COD SRL reserves sole discretion in determining whether an account has violated these terms. Our decision is final and cannot be appealed.


11. Limitation of Liability

The Game is provided by FABRICA DE COD SRL on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties, whether express or implied. By using the Game, you acknowledge and agree to the following limitations:

11.1 No Guarantees

  • We do not guarantee the Game will always function without errors, interruptions, or delays.
  • We make no warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, availability, or suitability of the Game for any purpose.

11.2 Technical Interruptions and Data Loss

  • We are not liable for any technical issues, such as:
  • Server downtime
  • Connectivity problems
  • Software bugs
  • Game crashes
  • Loss of in-game data or progress
  • We strongly advise players to use secure devices and stable internet connections to minimize these risks.

11.3 User Responsibility

  • You agree to use the Game at your own risk.
  • We are not responsible for any damage to your device, system, or data as a result of accessing or playing the Game.

11.4 Indirect or Consequential Damages

  • Under no circumstances shall FABRICA DE COD SRL, its affiliates, or partners be held liable for:
  • Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, business, reputation, or data
  • Claims arising from unauthorized account access, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages


12. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are primarily governed by the laws of Romania and the applicable laws of the European Union.

In the event of any dispute, conflict, or legal matter arising from your use of the Game, the competent courts of Bucharest, Romania shall generally have jurisdiction.

However, in exceptional cases—such as when a user is suspected of engaging in criminal activity related to the Game—the governing law and jurisdiction may be determined by the laws and competent authorities of the country or state where the user is located or where the alleged criminal activity took place.

By using the Game, you agree to submit to the applicable jurisdiction as outlined above.


13. Changes to Terms

FABRICA DE COD SRL reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time, with or without prior notice.

While we will strive to announce significant updates in-game or via our official communication channels, exceptional circumstances or changes in legal regulations may require immediate updates without prior warning.

Your continued use of the Game after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

We encourage all players to review the Terms periodically to stay informed about the current rules and policies.
